Nancy guides families through the process of appointing a guardian to make personal, medical, and/or financial decisions for an individual who cannot do so him/herself.
SPECIAL NEEDS TRUSTS
Nancy assists disabled individuals as well as their family members with the application process for a pooled special needs trust to hold their funds; this trust allows them to remain qualified for public benefits.
POWERS OF ATTORNEY
Nancy prepares legal documents that authorize trusted individuals to make health, legal and financial decisions on behalf of her clients in the event that they would no longer be able to do so themselves.
WILLS AND TRUSTS
Nancy helps her clients make or update a valid will and/or trust so that their assets are distributed according to their wishes.
PROBATE AND TRUST ADMINISTRATION
