ABOUT NANCY L. SHUE

Nancy L. Shue is an attorney with over two decades of experience guiding clients through various legal matters that involve estate planning and administration, and guardianship. She particularly enjoys working with the parents and grandparents of children with special needs.

Nancy received her Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1993, where she was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review. Prior to becoming a Badger, Nancy was a Pointer, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Communications, and French from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point.

Nancy has worked for large corporations, medium-sized law firms, and smaller firms prior to starting her own firm.  Her practice focuses on guardianship, estate planning, and probate. She works closely with her clients to understand their needs, answer their questions, carefully prepare documents, and offer advice based on her experience.

Nancy is involved in the legal community and has held various leadership roles throughout her career. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and also participates in other professional organizations, including the following:

When not at her office, Nancy enjoys ballroom dancing, gardening, traveling, cooking and baking.
