Do I need to have all of my decisions made before I meet with Nancy?
Not at all. Nancy’s job is to work with and walk you through all of your options to help you make informed decisions at a pace that feels comfortable.
What options are there for meeting?
Nancy is very flexible when it comes to meeting options. She is willing to take in-person appointments, virtual meetings via Zoom or Teams, and even in-home visits for those with mobility concerns.
Can I bring someone with me to a meeting?
Absolutely. Bringing a trusted friend or family member is always welcome and it can be helpful for taking notes and keeping track of any questions you might have. However, do not let your support be a decision-maker for you.
How do I know which service I need?
It is very common to be unsure which legal services are right for you. Nancy will review your circumstances and recommend appropriate options.
How involved will I need to be in the process?
Nancy will guide you through each step and let you know what information is needed. Your role is to provide input and make decisions, while she handles the legal preparation and details.
